Following the Premier’s announcement, from 6pm today, Friday 5 February 2021, the South West will return straight to pre-lockdown conditions.

We are looking forward to having staff and students return to school on Monday 8 February.

The health and wellbeing of our staff and students at GMAS is our priority and we are committed to supporting everyone to be engaged, challenged, creative, safe and happy as they go about their learning.

We will continue to promote appropriate hygiene measures, with all rooms equipped with sanitiser, and we will ensure that our cleaning regime maintains hygiene across all areas of the school.

Visitors to the school – parent/visitor access remains limited, with parents required to physically distance and asked not to linger inside or outside of classrooms. We ask all parents/visitors to support staff requests during the daily handover transition times.

Stay home if unwell – the directive from the State Government in relation to this remains unchanged. If your student is unwell please inform the school, stay at home and seek medical advice if necessary.
