Consent2Go is an online system the School uses to securely manage student health and medical information, coordinate excursions and activities, and collect parent/guardian consent. It significantly reduces the need for paper forms by using email notifications and secure online student records to obtain approvals.
For each excursion or activity, parents/guardians will receive an email prompting them to review and confirm their child’s medical details and provide consent for participation.
Parents are not required to create an account or remember login details to use Consent2Go. If you need to update your child’s information at any time (for example, outside of an excursion period), you can enter your email address into the Student Profile Invitation link below. A secure access link will be emailed to you, allowing you to update the profile. For security purposes, Consent2Go uses two-factor authentication and will also send a verification code to your nominated mobile phone.
