Lead the future of teaching and learning from Little Georgie's to Year 12.

Georgiana Molloy Anglican School (GMAS) is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Director of Teaching and Learning, commencing in 2027.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an innovative and strategic educator to shape the future direction of teaching, learning, curriculum and academic excellence across our vibrant Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 Anglican School.

Working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, you will lead whole-school improvement initiatives, drive evidence-informed practice, champion innovation and build a culture of high performance that enables every student to thrive.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Principal, the Director of Teaching and Learning will provide strategic leadership across the School by:
• Leading the School's teaching and learning strategy from Little Georgie's to Year 12.
• Driving curriculum innovation, academic excellence and continuous improvement.
• Leading evidence-informed approaches to pedagogy, assessment and student achievement.
• Building leadership capability through mentoring, coaching and professional learning.
• Using data and research to improve educational outcomes.
• Working collaboratively with Senior Leaders, Heads of Department and Coordinators to ensure a cohesive and future-focused educational program.
• Maintaining a teaching load of approximately 0.20–0.40 FTE.

This is a five-year fixed-term leadership appointment with an attractive Total Remuneration Package (TRP) and six weeks annual leave.

You are an experienced educational leader who brings:
• Proven success leading strategic educational improvement.
• Outstanding knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and contemporary educational practice.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to inspire, influence and lead positive change.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on student outcomes.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Educational Leadership (or a demonstrated commitment to completing them).
• A genuine commitment to the values and ethos of Anglican education.
