Are you an experienced educational leader who thrives on turning strategy into action?
Georgiana Molloy Anglican School is seeking an outstanding educator and operational leader to join our Operational Leadership Team as Head of Operations.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the operational excellence of a thriving Early Childhood to Year 12 Anglican school, ensuring our curriculum, timetabling, assessment, reporting and academic systems support exceptional teaching and learning outcomes for every student.
With a 0.50 FTE teaching load, this position enables you to remain connected to the classroom while leading key operational functions that underpin academic success across the School.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Teaching and Learning, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across curriculum operations, working collaboratively with the Principal, Deputy Principal, Heads of School and Heads of Department.
You will lead and assist in:
• Development of the annual Years 7–12 timetable
• Subject selection processes
• Examinations and assessment administration
• Academic reporting
• NAPLAN, OLNA and PAT testing coordination
• Curriculum and student data analysis
• SEQTA, Edval and learning management systems
• SCSA compliance and academic administration
• Staff professional learning relating to educational systems and data
You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, informed decision-making and operational excellence across the School.

• Strong strategic thinking and operational planning skills
• Experience developing and implementing school timetables
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• High-level communication and relationship-building abilities
• A passion for data-informed educational improvement
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
• The ability to lead with integrity, professionalism and empathy
• Current Teacher Registration (or eligibility) with TRBWA
• Bachelor of Education (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
Experience with SEQTA, Edval and Synergetic will be highly regarded.
